Weekend 1 – Core Legal Framework & Operator Licensing

• Business & Company Law (Part 1): business structures, contracts, liabilities, insurances

• Operator Licensing (Part 2): TC powers, Public Inquiries, variations, OCRS

• Case Study 1: drafting a compliant O-Licence application

• Directed study: Financial standing calculations + mock O-Licence form.

 

Weekend 2 – Finance, Commercial Conduct & HR

• Vehicle Costing Review: worked costing examples & exam practice
